Alvin Copeland brings over 30 years of proven experience in delivering measurable results, driving continuous improvement, and helping clients achieve Best in Class performance.
As the principal owner of Copeland Communications Group, in Cleveland, Ohio, he has guided numerous organizations toward operational excellence and successful certification to ISO 9001 and TS 16949 Quality Management System Standards.

His career spans diverse industries—including design, manufacturing, distribution, and services—where he has served in leadership roles such as Operations Manager, Plant Manager, and Business Owner. These experiences form the foundation of his practical, results-oriented training and consulting style.

Known for his engaging, down-to-earth approach to simplifying complex concepts, Copeland consistently earns praise for making quality management both understandable and actionable.

A Certified RAB/QSA Quality Management System Lead Auditor and Plexus Systems Master Trainer, he continues to help organizations strengthen their performance through expert training, consulting, and auditing services.

DAY ONE - The Heart of ISO 9001:2015 Day One starts with the “why” behind quality You’ll discover what ISO 9001:2015 stands for, who maintains it, and why it’s trusted worldwide. Through simple stories and examples, you’ll see that ISO 9001 isn’t just rules, it’s a mindset of excellence, purpose, and pride in doing things right.

DAY TWO - Making the Standard Real On Day Two, we bring the clauses of ISO:2015 to life. You’ll see how each one connects to everyday business practices-leadership, teamwork, goals, and improvement. By days end, you’ll view the standard not as a document, but as a living system that helps organizations and people succeed.

DAY FOUR — Putting It All Into Practice
On the final day, you’ll apply everything you’ve learned through hands-on audit simulations. You’ll plan, interview, report, and recommend improvements. By the end, you’ll be ready and confident to serve as a quality advocate who helps teams grow and organizations improve.
